The Hennessy's conference venues are so beautifully designed, it almost makes up for the terrible service.

The room at Hennessy Park Hotel was absolutely amazing! The modern 55" flat screen TV and unlimited Wi-Fi were perfect for my tech-savvy self. The en suite bathroom with luxury Bvlgari amenities made me feel pampered like a celebrity. As a light sleeper, I was thrilled to have access to 24-hour room service for all my midnight cravings. Plus, the breathtaking views from the Deluxe room were simply wonderful!

If I had to pick one thing I didn't enjoy as much, it would be the limited room service hours. Although it was available between 7am and 10.30pm, I sometimes wished I could order something later in the night.

We had a great stay at a hotel that is well-located. There were a number of good restaurants and shops within a short drive and we found most parts of the city accessible. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable, with a modern bathroom. The breakfast was tasty and the service was great, with the staff being friendly and professional. The gym was well-equipped, while the library was a pleasant place to relax. The wifi was also fast and reliable.

That the hotel lacked enough facilities for laundry, which made it tough for us to dry our clothes.

One service I missed for my work was the availability of a dedicated business center with printing and copying facilities. It would have been convenient to have all the necessary amenities in one place for a seamless work experience.

The staff were friendly and professional, the rooms were nicely presented, the hotel had good services including a restaurant, sushi bar, and bar area. There were also events and live music options. The hotel had a well-equipped gym and a swimming pool, and it was conveniently located close to malls and beaches. Complimentary water/tea/coffee facilities were provided in the room.

The spa was absolutely amazing, from the warm reception to the relaxing massage and the complimentary sauna and hammam options, it was a great experience. The staff at the spa were professional, attentive, and full of energy. Special shoutout to the maintenance lady who was working on the day of my visit, she was dedicated, helpful, and had a great personality. Another highlight was the fantastic service and drinks at the Backstage lounge.

While the breakfast at the hotel restaurant was reasonably good, the evening pizza was a big disappointment. It was dry and tasteless on two separate occasions.

My partner and I had a wonderful romantic escape. We loved the elegant and modern decor of the hotel, which really set the mood. The dinner at the hotel restaurant was outstanding, with a wide range of options to choose from and perfectly cooked dishes served hot. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the evening, which offered a stunning view of the city skyline and a perfect place to relax with a glass of wine.

The breakfast offerings were a bit disappointing. While the options were varied, the quality of the food was average and the selection remained the same throughout our stay.

The hotel had beautifully decorated rooms with a very comfortable bed. The hotel was located within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. the hotel had a nice rooftop bar that offered beautiful views of the city.

The service in the restaurant was not up to par. The staff seemed disorganized and it took a long time to receive our food.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The warm and friendly welcome from the front desk staff immediately made me feel at home. Tania, at the front desk, was incredibly helpful in arranging a tour and providing great advice about the area. The room was clean, comfortable, and provided the perfect relaxing atmosphere. The restaurant served delicious food and Priscilla took care of all our preferences. The happy hour on Fridays was a blissful combination of good food, drinks, and great music. The New Year's Eve celebration at the Grain de Sel Restaurant was truly magical, thanks to Executive Chef St Mart and Assistant Chef Ashley. I highly recommend this hotel.
